Week One: 

Listen to the audio training and complete the exercises in your journal and in our Facebook group.

Exercises:

  1. Mirror work
  2. Photographic reflection/journaling
  3. Watch the movie Joy 
  4. Be sure to SHARE your revelations in the Facebook group and on our group call on Friday at 10:00 am EST.

Week two

Exercises:

  1. What are your stories giving and taking from you? How are you valuing the gifts, positive or negative, they are delivering? 
     
  2. Notice and identify when you find yourself feeling a state of suffering and a state of euphoria/joy in your daily life and WHY. 
     
  3. What does true fulfillment look and feel like for you? Practice those feelings without attachment to conditions
     
  4. Be sure to SHARE your revelations in the Facebook group and on our group call on Friday at 10:00 am EST.

 

WEEK THREE

EXERCISES:

  1. Put a childhood photo of yourself up as your screensaver/wallpaper on your computer.
     
  2. Start tracking your abundance flow. Create a page in your journal where you write down exactly what you receive each day. It can be a penny you find on the sidewalk, free coaching you get from your best friend, a refund check, a coffee from your partner or a green juice from a stranger paying it forward. It doesn't matter...anything you receive in the way of abundance coming to you, WRITE.IT.DOWN. At the end of each day "total" it up to see how much you brought in in value. You will be surprised at what kind of value you are attracting in that you are not even recognizing as money/abundance IN.
     
  3. Complete the audio lesson and guided visualization and journal about what you saw, the answers to the questions and what you feel comes next. 
     
  4. SHARE in the Facebook group so we can discuss together.

 

Week Four

Listen to the audio training and complete the exercises in your journal and in our Facebook group.

Exercises

  1. Focus on "beating the drum" to get yourself in the vibrational attitude necessary to get what you desire in these exercises and in your daily life. This is a way of BEING and you've been practicing it so beautifully over these last few weeks!
  2. Describe your ideal client. Get in the energy space with her....
  • What does she feel?
  • What does she dream about?
  • What is she most afraid of?
  • What are her CORE beliefs about herself and what's possible for her life?
  • What do you see for her?
  • What do you feel in your core is possible for her when she __________?
  • Elaborate, dream and get as descriptive as possible.

3. Now think about what kind of work YOU want to be doing to help her solve her problems?

  • What would feel most invigorating, exciting and fun?
  • What would be massively useful?
  • What would be an instant hell yes for you and your ideal client?

*PAUSE YOUR STRATEGIC MUSCLE* when you are answering these questions....it's about the feeling, more so than the logistics...we will dig in and discuss on this week's live call to help you map out some strategy and next steps.

WEEK FIVE

EXERCISES

1. What movement do you want to lead?

2. Where is your soul pulling you?

3. What inspired action steps do you need to take to get the wheels in motion today?

Build the "scaffolding" of your brand and take the steps necessary to bring it to life. 

Consider the following:

  • Writing "read magnets" to energetically and emotionally connect with your dream clients.
  • Doing Facebook Lives to personally connect and inspire the people who need your message.
  • Creating a Facebook community (group) to share your message on a daily basis with your tribe and increase your conversions by building trust and engagement.

WEEK six

EXERCISES

  1. Write your vows to yourself. 
  2. Decide how you are going to celebrate those vows. What will you commemorate them with?
  3. Share your Inspired Action item list with us in the group so we can support you with ticking boxes and tackling techie challenges.
